The Land next to Peter Yama’s famous Smugglers INN Resort was packed to its capacity as Vanimo Green MP and PNG Party Leader Belden Namah toughed down from chopper at around 3PM. During Mr Namah’s Speech he stressed on the importance of electing young vibrant and leaders with integrity who fears no man but God alone. He told the cheering crowd that although people may not agree with the kind of leadership that he portrayed but will appreciate it in the future. He said people are complaining because the kind of leadership is new since independence but stressed that PNG needs this kind of leadership that Namah has shown to bring this nation forward. Mr Namah also presented K150 000 to Peter Yama’s Peoples Labor Party (PLP)to support the party. Peter Yama in thanking Mr Namah said he believes in Mr. Namah and said will support Belden Namah to form the Next Government after June election.

Madang people were very fortunate to take a glimpse of one of the most aggressive politician in Papua New Guinea since Independence in 1975. People were even shouted Namah….Namah…Namah every time he said something. He even gave time for people to criticize him and said he does accept criticisms and criticisms are good to shape and mould a person to become good and better person. He flew back to Portmoresby at around 5pm in the afternoon

Wutung Border Post

The Wutung Border Post in Sandaun Province is the only Border post in South Pacific that is linked by road to the other side of the Country. For the past years there is no or minimal change happening to this border post. On the other side of the border (Indonesian side), changes are happening every day. New buildings are erected along with other infrastructures.

However this now will be the thing of the past with the latest signing of K90 Million (US$ 30Million) border trade facility. The ground work is now underway with clearance and building of new houses for the customs and police officers at the Wutung Border post as the first phase of the project.
Again the issue now will be whether the locals around the border area are really going to benefit from this multi million dollar project. It is now up to the BDA, SPG and other responsible authorities to consider

Born With Potential

Welcome to the blog. I am proud to share this blog with potential “change achievers”. We cannot live a life and in a society that is unprogressive in terms of change. We have to move on. And that needs you and me. The potential of every human being is maximized when we start doing something. That is to do it to others and not for yourself. Every human being on earth is created with an ability and potential to do anything. I belief that the moment when we realize the potential in us, we will start to think creatively and do things differently as never before. Remember this, maximizing potential leads to creativity, and creativity produces new inventions and new inventions results in great achievement and happiness of all.
The community, District, Province and the Nation needs us. “We are not born to decorate the earth and die to fertile the soil”, but to do something that is worthy and beneficial to the society that we live in and that is the purpose of us being on this planet earth. Remember, great leaders are born to serve and not being served. And leaders are not politicians alone; every human being is a leader in his own right because he / she has a responsibility. The responsibility is for his/ her family or small domain that is under his/her control
My lecturer used to tell me, don’t settle for the second best. Achieve things in life bit by bit, do it well and do it every day (Dr Peter Anderson). I think goals and dreams are achievable if we observe our progress, learn from our past mistakes, take the appropriate action to correct it and move on and learn never to do the same mistake. We will have our society and this great nation of Papua New Guinea Change if all citizens of this nation live this life.
Once again, thank you for visiting this blog and contribute to see our province and nation change. God bless Sandaun and Papua New Guinea
